WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?

Energy healing begins with the understanding that we are more than just our physical bodies. Our emotions, memories, beliefs, and lived experiences are held within an energetic system that surrounds and moves through us. When this system becomes overwhelmed and imbalanced (often through stress, trauma, or prolonged survival mode) we may feel disconnected, stuck, anxious, or depleted. These imprints can effect how we feel, how we relate, and how we experience our bodies. Energetic healing is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports the body’s ability to restore balance. During a session, I work with your energy field to help you in healing and bring awareness to areas that may be asking for care or integration. I approach this work as a sacred and grounded process. My role is not to diagnose but to support you. Sacred Bloom Studio was created for those who are tired of pushing, fixing, forcing, and freezing and who are seeking wholeness.

OFFERINGS:

One-on-one energy healing sessions are designed to support energetic balance and emotional regulation. Each session is unique and responsive to what you are holding and needing in that moment. Sessions combine gentle dialogue and hands-on work. Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, but vary depending on what work is needed. Some of the specific offerings are: chakra repair, energetic chord removal, healing psychic wounds, general energetic clearings, and more.

ABOUT THE HEALER:

Emery Allen has three certifications from Taproot School of Energetics. She is a energetic healing practitioner, writer, and someone deeply committed to supporting others in reconnecting with their inner calm and clarity. Over the past 14 years, she has immersed herself in studying Buddhism, energy work, and has deep curiosity for the spiritual world. Her work is rooted in a belief that true healing comes when the mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together. She has spent most of her life writing and exploring the soul through poetry, essays, and reflections, and she brings that same care, mindfulness, and curiosity into her healing practice. Her goal is to help you feel calmer and more connected to your truest self.
